1. Independent Contractor Agreement All customers and users acknowledge and agree that all notaries provided by On Call & Mobile – Notary, Loan Signing & Apostille are independent contractors and not employees of On Call & Mobile – Notary, Loan Signing & Apostille.

Liability Disclaimer Customers and users further agree to hold On Call & Mobile – Notary, Loan Signing & Apostille, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners, and licensors, harmless and not liable for any claims, demands, or damages arising from the use of its services.
  3. Responsibility of Notaries Customers and users understand and agree that any notaries provided by On Call & Mobile – Notary, Loan Signing & Apostille are independent third parties. These notaries are solely responsible for their acts or omissions and any resulting damages to the customer or user.
  4. Requested Credentials Customers must specify the credentials they require for the service when making a request. If no specific credentials are requested, the assignment of independent contractors will proceed based on their acceptance of the customer’s job.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties Customers and users expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of notary services through On Call & Mobile – Notary, Loan Signing & Apostille and its websites, www.raismobilenotary.com and www.oncallandmobile.com, is at their sole risk. Services are provided on an “as is” and/or “as available” basis. On Call & Mobile, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
